This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our Site, submit forms (such as requesting a free revenue analysis), call or text us, sign up for email communications, or interact with our services.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information You Provide Directly

• When you fill out forms on the Site (e.g., name, email address, phone number, property details for revenue analysis or calculator use).

Third-Party Tracking

• Google Ads conversion tracking: To measure successfully saved property-analysis inquiries, not button clicks, and support advertising measurement and future optimization. This website uses a separate inquiry measurement in our Host Helper advertising account; it does not count as a Host Helper sign-up. We send a random event identifier, page and device information, and applicable advertising cookie or click identifiers to Google. We do not send the name, email, phone, property address or message from your form for enhanced conversions or customer matching. No monetary value is assigned to an inquiry.
• Planned signed-owner measurement: We are preparing a way to measure when an advertising inquiry later becomes a confirmed signed management agreement. This reporting is not active. Before enabling it, we will update the advertising notice and collect the required permission. The planned click-based report would share a Google ad click identifier and the confirmed agreement time, not your name, email, phone, property address, message or contract. Declining optional advertising tracking will not prevent you from requesting an analysis or working with Todd. A lead's workflow label alone will not be treated as proof of a signed agreement.
• Google Tag Manager: To manage and deploy tracking tags (including the above) without editing site code.
• Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel): To track user interactions (e.g., page views, form submissions, leads), measure ad conversions, build custom audiences for retargeting ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), and optimize advertising campaigns. This may include sharing events like "Contact" or "Lead" with Meta.
• Email marketing platforms: To send newsletters, promotional emails, follow-up messages about revenue analyses or property management services, and track email engagement (opens, clicks).

These tools may collect or receive anonymized or pseudonymized data about your visit, such as pages viewed and interactions (e.g., form submits, button clicks, calls initiated via click-to-call, or email opens/clicks).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Communicate with you (e.g., follow up on revenue analysis requests, send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional offers related to vacation rental management).

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

• Essential: For Site functionality.
• Analytics: Via Google Analytics to measure usage.
• Advertising: Via Google Ads and Meta Pixel for remarketing and personalized ads based on your past visits.

Ad clicks and impressions are counted by advertising platforms whether or not you accept website tracking.
