What are your fees?

Question

What are your fees?

Accepted Answer

Commission on net rent. No hidden fees. No cost markups.
Management rates: 15–25% of net rental income.
• Channel fees come off first. We charge on net rent—not the larger gross amount.
• Guests pay cleaning. It goes to the cleaner, separately from rent. We take no management commission on it.
• Guest prices account for booking-site fees. We adjust pricing by site to protect your earnings wherever guests book.
• No hidden fees. No cost markups. Our goal is to maximize what you keep.

Illustrative luxury-home rate, not a quote. Airbnb's rate varies. Its fee includes cleaning; ours excludes the cleaner's payment. The 15% gross comparison is hypothetical—not a claim about any competitor's rate. These are management fees, not total owner proceeds.
